Group Buy Policy
At Loobed Switches, we aim to provide our customers with high-quality, custom mechanical keyboards and accessories. By participating in a group buy, you acknowledge and accept the following policies and procedures:
1. Quality Control
We work hard to maintain the highest quality standards for all our products. However, due to the nature of custom manufacturing, minor imperfections such as small surface blemishes, machining marks, or inconsistencies in coating or finishing may occur. These are normal and do not affect the functionality of the product. Slight cosmetic variances are acceptable and do not qualify for replacements or refunds.
2. Renderings vs. Final Products
Please note that renderings of products during a group buy are meant for visualization purposes. The final production units may vary slightly in terms of colors, finishes, and overall appearance. These variances can include differences in anodization, color shades, and material textures. While we do our best to match the renderings, we cannot guarantee exact likeness.
3. Estimated Production Timelines
The timelines provided for group buys are estimates and may change based on manufacturing lead times, shipping delays, or other unforeseen production challenges. While we will keep you informed of any significant changes, delays do not qualify for order cancellations or refunds. Your patience is appreciated as we ensure each product meets our quality standards.
4. PCB and Technical Issues
Each PCB undergoes testing prior to shipping. However, PCB failures or malfunctions may occasionally occur. We recommend customers test their PCBs upon receipt. Please note that issues resulting from improper soldering, assembly errors, or unauthorized modifications are not covered under warranty or eligible for replacements.
5. Refunds, Cancellations, & Modifications
Due to the nature of custom production, no refunds, cancellations, or modifications can be made after a group buy has closed. Once a group buy ends, production will begin immediately based on the orders placed, and changes to your order cannot be accommodated.
Please ensure that all order details, including product options and shipping information, are correct before submitting your order. Initiating a chargeback or cancellation after the group buy closes may result in your order being cancelled or permanently blacklisted from future group buys.
6. Shipping & Import Fees
We are not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional shipping fees that may be imposed by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do our best to ensure safe and timely delivery, but once the package leaves our warehouse, we are not liable for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage incurred during transit.
7. Warranty Exclusions
Our products are covered by a limited warranty that does not include damage caused by improper handling, modifications, or misuse. Products that have been altered, modified, or damaged by the user (e.g., improper lubing, desoldering, or physical alterations) will not be accepted for warranty claims, returns, or exchanges.
8. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns only for products with factory defects. You must notify us of any defects within 7 days of receiving your order. Due to the custom nature of group buys, returns or exchanges for reasons such as "change of mind" or cosmetic imperfections within acceptable quality thresholds will not be accepted.
9. Order Cancellations & Chargebacks
Once a group buy closes, we are unable to accommodate any order cancellations or refunds. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact with our support team may result in your order being cancelled and your account blacklisted from future purchases.
