Why does my label state that it is sitting at the USPS/UPS facility for so long?

This is perfectly normal so do not fear that your package is lost. Once we create the shipping label, we then proceed fulfilling your order. Depending on what you have ordered, this may take 3-10 business days to be shipped.

Why does the Shop app state that some items may not be included in the shipment? Is this normal?

Yes, this is due to the Route Insurance Package Protection not being included in the shipment. This is not a physical product. All of the items ordered will be included in a single shipment.
