While we do our best to ensure that you have an amazing experience at Loobed, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 24 HOURS. There are no refunds, exchanges, or returns unless the order has arrived defected, incorrect, or not up to our quality standards. Evidence of a defected, broken, or incorrect item must be presented prior to any refunds. Bent pins do not fall under damaged and can occur during shipment. We are 100% committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your order.
While there is no doubt that switch lubing is up to preference. We are 100% committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If for whatever reason the switches are over lubed, sluggish, not working, insufficiently lubed or not up to your standards, please feel free to reach out to our customer support so we can get you taken care of. It is our job to ensure that you have a perfect out of the box experience with the switches ready to throw into your keyboard.
Disclaimer: The quality standards listed above only apply to our hand-lubed switches and not our stock switches from the factory. If for whatever reason there is an issue with the stock switches from factory, please feel free to let us know so we can take care of you.
If you do no choose shipping with insurance nor route insurance we are not liable for any lost packages. We try our hardest to work with USPS but if they do not claim responsibility for the package then there is nothing that can be done.
If you provide the wrong address and the package is returned back to the business address, you are responsible for paying the label to get the package to the correct destination. If you do not pay the label, you will be returned 94% of the goods purchased minus the cost of shipping.
The purchaser is solely responsible for any and all import taxes involved with the order placed. If failed to pay import tax with an international shipment (outside the United States) and the package is returned back, you will be refunded the 94% of the goods purchased minus any shipping cost.
Loobed Switches LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items caused by the carrier. Strongly suggest ordering with route protection services at a small cost that will insure any packages that happen to be lost, damaged or stolen. If you need to file a claim, you can here.
If opting for first class USPS international shipments, we are not responsible for any lost packages, custom fees, customs complications, or any customs withholding of a package. By opting for first class USPS international, we are not able to open any cases via USPS to see any complications with the shipment.
Bent pins may arise during shipment and are our of our control. Bent pins do not signify that the product is damaged and are not subject to returns or refunds.
As all cables are made to order, they are a non-refundable and a non-returnable item unless it is not working or falls within our warranty period. If a cable is broken within 2 weeks of purchase, we will be more than happy to cover the cost of a shipping label back to our facility for a repair. If a cable fall outside this deadline, the custom is solely responsible for the shipping cost back to our facility or a free repair.
