Can I send switches in to get lubed?

Yes, just fill out the switch commission form and read the instructions. Form

Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase?
Yes! Please refer to refund and return policy. You are able to edit your order after this time frame till the package has begun fulfillment.

Your order will be cancelled and refunded in full as soon as we get your request, so as the order has not shipped out yet.


How do I return or exchange an item?
You may not refund an item unless you received an incorrect or the whole order came defective.

All products from this website are lubed and shipped from Texas, U.S.

I am missing items from my order
Depending on the items you have ordered and our current stock at different locations, they may have been shipped out from different warehouse locations.
